For patients with end-stage chronic kidney disease, kidney damage has already been caused. The "Chronic Kidney Disease Care and Patient Health Education Program" (Pre-ESRD program) can still be added to prevent the damage from continuing to worsen. Entering kidney dialysis through this program allows patients to have good quality of life in addition to disease control once they need dialysis treatment. Improve patient satisfaction with treatment. 1. Group health education: Pre-ESRD patients are invited every quarter; nephrologists, health care nurses, peritoneal dialysis patients or hemodialysis patients are invited to share their treatment experience. 2. Individual health education: Establish a Pre-ESRD patient health education clinic. Ask a physician to consult a health care nurse, a person to explain to the patient, and listen to the patient's wishes. 3.
