제목	Medicinal importance and therapeutic potential of senegin for the treatment of Human disorders: In-vitro and In-silico data analysis through different scientific work

초록	Inflammation and oxidative stress are involve in the development of numerous health disorders and plant based medicine are valuable for the treatment of such disorders as these molecule have good antioxidant potential. Oxidative stress, inflammation and apoptosis cause numerous health complications including myoglobinemia. Inflammatory mediators such as IL-1, ICAM-1 and TNFα play important role in the development of diabetes and related complication including renal failure. Medicinal importance of senegin in Human health and related disorders has been investigated in this work through analysis of different data available in the scientific field. Importance of senegin for the treatment of Human disorders through molecular experiments was also preformed through analysis of available research work in the scientific field. Effect of senegin against inflammatory mediators such as IL-1, ICAM-1, TNFα and nuclear factor kappa B (NF-κB) has been also studied through data analysis of available research. Data analysis of the present study revealed the importance of senegin for their neuroprotective and anti-inflammatory activity. Scientific research revealed the calcium channel blocking property of senegin and potential effects on kidney stone. However senegin significantly reduced CaOx crystal deposition in the kidneys but did not affect urinary citrate or oxalate excretion. Data analysis also demonstrates that senegin could prevent renal epithelial cell damage and therefore play a potential role in the prevention of stone formation associated with hyperoxaluria. Scientific studies also revealed the medicinal importance and therapeutic potential against various forms of inflammatory disorders mainly develop through NF-κB, IL-1, and TNFα. Data analysis of the present study suggest that senegin have better antioxidants and anti-inﬂammatory potential which could be beneficial for the treatment of health complication of Human being.
