| 초록 | The prevalence of hypertension increased with age and kidney function declines. Aging is associated with increased arterial stiffness, which lead increased systolic blood pressure, and isolated systolic hypertension. The optimal treatment goals for hypertension in elderly patients with CKD vary across different guidelines. BP lowering reduces the risk of cardiovascular events, all-cause mortality. However, elderly patients with CKD require close monitoring for symptoms of hypotension. |
