초록	In this presentation, I will explore various prevalent statistical challenges that must be addressed in manuscripts to enhance their likelihood of acceptance for publication in the Kidney Research and Clinical Practice (KRCP). These challenges encompass assumptions underlying parametric tests and regression analyses, the issue of overfitting, bias, the Type I error rate, missing data, and clustered data. Additionally, this talk will cover some of the advanced tools available in statistical analysis, such as optimism correction and bootstrapping, highlighting their significance and application in improving the robustness and integrity of statistical findings.
