초록 Objectives: Kidney disease is a non-communicable disease that was ranked in the top 20 in the world in 2018. The number of people suffering from kidney disease in Indonesia ranks second after heart disease according to the Ministry of Health (2020). This study aims to analyze trends in kidney disease sufferers and hemodialysis procedures for kidney sufferers in Indonesia. Data uses the Report of the Indonesian Renal Registry 2013-2021. Methods: The method used is quantitative descriptive. Hemodialysis patients in the IRR registration consist of Acute Kidney Injury, Chronic Kidney Disease Stage 5 and Acute Superimposed on CKD. Results: The results show that from 2013-2020 hemodialysis patients based on the main diagnosis were the highest in Chronic Kidney Disease Stage 5 sufferers with an average of 89.5%, followed by Acute Kidney Injury at 7.33% and the remaining Acute Kidney Superimposed on CKD at 3.16%. On average, from 2014-2020, Chronic Kidney Disease Stage 5 sufferers who underwent hemodialysis were patients who had comorbidities in the form of hypertension, followed by diabetes mellitus and cardiovascular disease, while Acute Kidney Injury patients had comorbidities such as malignancy, urinary tract and cardiovascular disorders. Then, the basic disease Acute Kidney Superimposed on CKD is the most common comorbid disease, namely hypertensive kidney disease, followed by nephrobatic diabetes. Data also shows that the duration of hemodialysis for patients is more than 4 hours, and the use of dialysis is 5 per mile, and more than 80% use National Health Insurance for hemodialysis. Conclusions: More attention is needed to patients with Chronic Kidney Disease Stage 5 because it occurs most often in Indonesia, and pay attention to comorbidities, especially hypertension, cardiovascular disease, diabetes mellitus and nephrobatic diabetes.
