초록	A 74year-old woman presented with fever and abdominal discomfort. She was in septic condition caused by urinary tract infection and computed tomogram of the abdomen revealed features of hydronephrosis with ureteral stone on both kidneys. During insertion of percutaneous nephrostomies, right reno-duodenal fistula was diagnosed. Elective surgery was planned but the patient was too poor condition to get a surgery. Instead, 2 times endoscopic clipping and ligation of fistula lesion were done with parenteral antibiotics. On admission day 30, she was discharged from hospital after confirming there was no more contrast leakage on the fistulography. This report is the first of a pyeloduodenal fistula treated by endoscopic ligation. We reviewed the literature and discuss the etiologies, clinical presentations, diagnosis, and treatment of pyeloduodenal fistula.
