제목	A Case of Diffuse Alveolar Hemorrhage Associated with Interstitial Pneumonia and Systemic Sclerosis in a Patient Receiving Continuous Ambulatory Peritoneal Dialysis

초록	A 63-year-old man with systemic sclerosis, pulmonary fibrosis and receiving continuous ambulatory peritoneal dialysis (CAPD) developed diffuse alveolar hemorrhage during the course of his disease that responded well to steroid. 2 week after steroid pulsing therapy, pneumonia was developed, and patients was died. Diffuse alveolar hemorrhage had been described in collagen vascular disease in the context of autoimmune disease, glomerulonephritis and circulating immune complex. It is seldom a complication of systemic sclerosis and the diagnosis should always be suspected when the triad of anemia, alveolar infiltrates and hemoptysis is present.
