| 초록 | IgA nephropathy is a complex disorder characterized by the combined contributions of genetic and environmental factors. Recently, large-scale genome-wide association studies were performed, revealing complicated nature of genetic contributions as well as novel genetic architecture of the disease. During the presentation, recent advances toward understanding the genetic mechanism of IgA susceptibility and other approaches that confer possibilities to unravel the disease pathogenesis will be discussed. |
