제목	A Case of Anti-glomerular Basement Membrane Disease Presented with Back Pain and Anemia

초록	Anti-glomerular basement membrane(anti-GBM) disease is a rare but well-characterized autoimmune disorder of glomerulonephritis by rapidly progressive glomerulonephritis (RPGN) with diffuse crescentic formation on renal biopsy. This pattern of rapidly progressive glomerulonephritis and lung hemorrhage is often referred to as Goodpasture's syndrome. Although the effectiveness of treatment using therapeutic plasma exchange combined with immunosuppressive agents to improve renal function has been reported, the delay in institution of the correct therapy can be fatal and the prognosis for patients with this disease is poor. To improve the prognosis, it may be necessary to detect this disease in earlier stages and to treat it without delay. We report a case of Anti-glomerular basement membrane (anti-GBM) disease in a 74-year-old man with back pain and anemia. Recently he was troubled with ischemic heart disease, He was taking medicines. He presented with a plasma cell infiltration of focal area in bone biopsy and a reactive marrow in bone marrow biopsy. Thereafter he was diagnosed Anti-glomerular basement membrane (anti-GBM) disease in renal biopsy and Anti-GBM Ab titer. His initial diagnosis of anti-GBM disease was delay, and treatments of anti-GBM disease in order to improve the prognosis were conducted. We report the case of anti-glomerular basement membrane disease with a brief review of related literature.
