제목	Effectiveness of arteriovenous fistulogram by arteriovenous fistula(AVF) needle to figure out fistula surveillance

초록	Background: AVF is essential for long-term hemodialysis. But, function of AVF may be reduced by AVF stenosis, thrombosis, occlusion, et al. In order to figure it out, angiography must be done by radiocontrast agent. However, comlications such as pain and bleeding, become reason to hesitate patients. So, we underwent angiography by AVF needle just before hemodialysis Methods: We identified a total of 20 HD patients to confirm the presence of abnormality by angiography via AV fistula needle. We used A.V. FISULA NEEDLE SETRJMS, 15Fr. Needling was done at a distance 5cm at the anastomosis site. We obtained 3 cut of angiography, distal vein, central vein and retrograde arteriography Results: We studied a total of 20 HD patients, radiocephalic AVF was 12(60%), brachiocephalic AVF was 4(20%), brachiocephalic AVF was 4(20%). There are various reason for angiography, elevated vein pressure was 10(50%), decreased arteria blood flow was 7(35%), shunt arm pain was 3(15%). Especially, AVF stenosis is found, after which the case who underwent percutaneous balloon angioplasty was 12(60 Conclusion: Fistulography via AV fistula needle is easily method for checking the AVF abnormality without pain and bleeding.
