초록	Objectives : Lymphorrhea and lymphocele are well-known lymphatic complications in renal transplantation. These are minor complications but, it may lead to prolong hospital stay and abdominal discomfort. Methods : A 52-year-old woman in end-stage renal disease received kidney transplantation. Results : After operation, surgical drain was placed in operative site. The postoperative drainage did not decreased, and the drainage fluid was diagnosed to lymphorrhea. There was no decrease in the volume of lymphorrhea, so we used somatostain analouge, octreotide, to treat lymphorrhea. The volume of lymphorrhea was dramatically decreased. Conclusions : We report a case of lymphorrhea after kidney transplantation treated with octreotide.
