초록	Case Study : Acquired cystic kidney disease (ACKD) can occur in patient with chronic kidney disease or end-stage renal disease (ESRD) undergoing dialysis. Most patient with ACKD have no symptom but if kidney cyst rupture happen, retroperitoneal hemorrhage can occur and flank pain or hematuria can accompany. Spontaneous retroperitoneal hemorrhage associated with renal cyst rupture in autosomal dominant polycystic kidney disease or on hemodialysis has been described. But the case of retroperitoneal hemorrhage secondary to cyst rupture of ACKD in peritoneal dialysis were reported only two and no cases was reported in South-Korea. Here, we present the case of a peritoneal dialysis patient with ACKD presenting with spontaneous renal cyst rupture with retroperitoneal hemorrhage.
