제목	Remission psoriasis after kidney transplantation

초록	Case Study : Psoriasis is a common chronic skin disorder due to immune mediated inflammatory disease of skin. We report a case of a 19-year-old woman with psoriasis resolved following kidney transplantation. She has end stage renal disease due to biopsy proven Ig A nephropathy and psoriasis since she was about 8 years old. Kidney donor was her mother aged 39. HLA was 2/6 mismatch and PRA was negative. Induction immunosuppressant was basiliximab, methyprednisolone and maintenance immunosuppressant was tacrolimus, mycophenolate mophetil, deflazacort. Her skin lesion was remission after 6 months of kidney transplantation. Solid organ transplantation and posttransplant immunosuppression improve psoriasis.
