| 초록 | Case Study: Lymphoproliferative disorder posttransplant setting has emerged as difficult problem in kidney transplantation (KT). Because of scarcity of lymphoreticular tissue in ocular area, lymphoma involving adnexa of eye has been rarely reported. This report presents a case of a 37 year-old KT recipient who was diagnosed as conjunctival mucosa-associated lymphoid tissue (MALT) lymphoma with chief complaint of black spots in vision. Unlike other posttransplant lymphoproliferative diseases (PTLD) having association with Epstein-Barr virus reactivation via immunosuppression, the lesion was not related to the virus. The patient received radiotherapy with concomitant conversion from tacrolimus to sirolimus. Lymphoma may be one important one of differential diagnosis when KT recipients complain ocular discomfort. |
