| 초록 | CMV retinitis is rare complication after kidney transplantation. In hematologic and solid organ transplantation, viral necrotizing retinitis are common, and started in the midperiphery and progress to other area. most patients initially present with unilateral disease. It was known that only about 20% of retinitis patient showed CMV viremia. We report CMV retinitis after kidney transplantation. |
