초록	The Korean Society of Nephrology (KSN) had piloted hemodialysis center accreditations since 2009. Based on these results, hemodialysis center accreditation over the country begun in earnest in 2015 and 282 hemodialysis facilities had obtained certification until May 2018. Fourth evaluation started on October 2018 and the results are released during the 2019 annual meeting of KSN. 1) Progress Sending remainders: 2018. 10. 22. Sending certificates: 2019. 5. 2) Results Application for hemodialysis center accreditation: 163 facilities - New application 47, reapplication 116 - Region: Seoul 65, Gyeonggi-do / Incheon 35, Gangwon-do 5, Daegu / Gyeongsangbuk-do 11, Busan / Ulsan / Gyeongsangnam-do 20, Daejeon / Chungcheong 15, Gwangju / Jeolla 8, Jeju-do 4 Withdraw applications: 27 facilities Evaluation of hemodialysis center: 136 facilities (109 evaluation panel members) - Accreditation: 133 facilities (81.6%) (Certification period: three years, 2019. 4. 1. ~ 2022. 3. 31.) * The results are published on our website (https://ksn.nephline.com)
